Terms and conditions

Attendance & Registration

Attendance is limited to 50 pre-registered participants.
Confirmation of attendance will be sent via email. Only confirmed guests will be granted access to the event.
Government-issued ID or passport must be presented at the venue entrance for security clearance.

2. No-Show Policy

Attendees who register but fail to attend three events without prior notice will be suspended from future event invitations for 6 months.
In case of an emergency or change of plans, please inform us as soon as possible by emailing events@linkedinlocalwarsaw.org.

3. Event Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain professional, respectful, and inclusive behavior at all times.
Aggressive selling, solicitation, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event and future bans.

4. Media Consent

By attending the event, you consent to photography, audio, and video recording that may be used by LinkedIn Locals Warsaw, WeWork, or organizer Tharwat Abdelmoati for promotional and marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in media, please notify the organizer in writing before the event.

5. Data Usage & Communication

By registering, you agree to be contacted via email or phone regarding:
- Event confirmation and logistics
- Future LinkedIn Locals Warsaw events
- Opportunities to participate as a speaker, panelist, or volunteer
You may opt out of future communication at any time.

6. Community Channel Participation

You may choose to join our WhatsApp or Telegram group to stay informed and engage with the community.
Group participation is optional but requires respectful and relevant interaction.

7. Changes & Cancellations

The organizer reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, or cancel the event in case of unforeseen circumstances. All registered attendees will be informed in a timely manner.
